Information Companion Service
Information Companion Service

Our Information Companion Service is available as a support to people who may be at crisis point and simply do not have the energy or time to put into action the advice they have received from one of our Information and Advice staff; or it may be that an Information Companion will give you the confidence to help you achieve what you set out to do when you sought information. Whatever the reason, we are here to help.
An Information Companion is a trained volunteer (usually someone who has experience using the Information and Advice service) who will offer practical support and guidance to assist you in achieving your goal. This may be from contacting social services to get help for a family member through to completing a self assessment form.
Sometimes we all need a little help to get us on the right path.
