Our service users play an important part of every day life at SCILL and are key in helping us to shape our services. We are a user led organisation, which means that between 50% and 75% of our Management Board is made up of service users. We enjoy including our service users when we are developing areas of our work such as services, activities and some paperwork such as leaflets, booklets and more in-depth material. SCILL understands that service users are the experts which is why we take the time to listen to their views and feedback.
