What can the PA Network do for you as an Employer?

By joining the Network, for FREE until March 2011, you will be able to:

• Search online for suitable applicants¹, at anytime and as often as you like
• have access to applicants who can offer temporary cover (e.g. for holidays, sickness and/or emergencies)
• have contact information on any applicants you feel will be suitable, so you can arrange interviews directly,
• download or get copies of the applications completed by applicant members, including reference details
• advertise your vacancy details
• use SCILL's CRB (police checking) service - please note there is a small separate charge for this support
• recruit (either permanently or for temporary cover) or ask SCILL to do this on your behalf, and
• in the future, you will have access to the applicants 'vetting and barring status' if the scheme of registration with the Independent Safeguarding Authority becomes available.

¹ If you do not have access to a computer, our team can search on your behalf and mail the resulting applicant details to you.

Once you have contacted applicants and shortlisted, it is recommended you interview people to see if they have the skills/abilities and qualities you are looking for.
